struggles of being an animator #1.

procrastination really really sucks

as you can hopefully see thats my 4th attempt at my first video, ive been procrastinating, restarting because of it, repeat.
my latest attempt's fps is now 18fps instead of 24 because apparently big studios take a long time animating with 24, so i took the 18fps from aimkid

struggles of being an animator #2.

yesterday, i was drawing a frame for my animation, and suddenly, my hand was aching bad, i tried adjusting my hand position, still hurt, i had to massage and stretch my hand to get it to stop hurting when drawing. i know a lot of artists have stuff

from dokiwear.com

this is a compression glove + art glove, there are is a real need for this, and i'm glad people actually do make these kind of things.
BTW I DONT KNOW IF DOKIWEAR IS A TRUSTWORTHY WEBSITE ITS JUST WHERE I FOUND THE IMAGE

struggles of being an animator #3

well, i'm a linux user, and i have been for a few months now, the biggest problem ive had with adapting is finding an animation program for linux, obviously theres krita, and theres pencil2d, but pencil2d is broken with almost every update, and krita doesn't have a vector mode. i was forced to go with adobe, adobe doesn't support linux. i tried 2024, downgraded to 2023 then 2024 then 2021 and down and down until i reached adobe animate 2017, but, ive figured out that one DOES work, Macromedia flash 8, this program was made 4 years before i was born, but it gets the job done.
